This is a warning to people who use Clicks for their medication.
We were away on holiday when Clicks Kenilworth claimed my wife's Chronic medication from Discovery. We have the script and only collected the previous month from them as the other Pharmacies had no stock.
Without the script and not having anyone collect it they claimed from Discovery (who have since reversed the claim). However Clicks claim it was doing the customer a services by having it ready for them when they collect is nothing but action.
Having reported this to their call centre more than a week ago, still no feedback on this. It seems that claiming without a script and then pocketing the medication or resellling it again appears to be the group's policy.
Everyone who has ever collected a repeat script from Click check that they don't claim for medication that they never dispense.
