Bonitas was bought by Pro Sanoe and as the merging with this two we decided to go to a better plan and submit me as an additional. From the merging there was problems. Our premiums is R 2677.00 however in Jan 2013 they deduct R 996.00, in feb 2013 they did not deduct anything and i made a transfer of R 2677.00 to them. In March they deducted R 1659.00 which is still not the needed amount. In Jan 2013 i phoned them and they said we have a credit. I went in to Florida branch and they said no we are billed in arrears.. So I left it there after i complaint and said its not in arrears. In Feb 2013 I phone after the deduction never went of and the consultant said we have a credit and not needing to pay extra. So I complained and ask how it can be as we did not make a full payment as per dt order from them, he said everything fine, so in my own capacity i transfered the premuim to them. In marc h we thought everything will be sorted out so a debit order of R 1690 went of and i thought ok we have a credit so thats it. Just to year by the 15th we missed this payment. I phoned they needed to phone me back. For this big company the service is so uneceptable as such, Where do you get answers...
