Account keeps getting suspended after payment

Since June 2013 we have been having a problem with Bonitas Medical Aid. My grandfather passed away on the 30th of May 2013. The payment for Bonitas went off directly from his account, it was for him and my grandmother. My grandmother has now changed the banking details to her account, so that the funds can be deducted from her own account seeing as there is no more account in my grandfathers name. The problem we have now is that since June 2013 and every month since at the beginning of every month her account gets suspended, even though she paid that month in full. She made a payment of R1973.00 to Bonitas on the 1st of August 2013, the bank has also deducted the same amount, and when we queried this we were told that she now has credit of R1973.00 with Bonitas, but same story again, she has been suspended and the outstanding amount is R3680.00 now. What happened to the credit of R1973.00? We have been dealing with Mankukeng Zwane "Grace" the Credit control clerk 011 6714245, she has assured us that she has sorted everything out on her side and that my grandmothers account will not be suspended again, and yet this month same problem. She basically pays for a service with no use.
