No feedback to a simple question

On 18 March 2013 I sent a mail to the member maintenance e-mail address. It was a simple straight forward yes/no answer that was needed. The automatic reply with reference number came back, saying my query will be attended to within the next 5 days. It is now a month later. I have sent e-mail upon e-mail complaining/asking, but still have no answer.

If this is the manner in which they deal with member queries, how on earth do they deal with more serious matters?
