Payout of my savings

I downgraded from Pro Classic to Standard option without the savings option now Pro Sano need to pay out my savings of more then Twenty thousand rand. I was promised by Mrs Karshagin it will be paid out in February but now she gives me a totally different story.Pro Sano is now blaming Bonitas and Bonitas is blaming Pro sano. I made numurous calls toboth Pro sano and Bonitas but everybody gives me a different story
