R101 047.00 debited
I have had Discoery debit and amount of R101 047.00 out of my account. I was told that it can only be sorted out on Monday 4 March when the offices are open. Until then I have no access to my account. The reference number is not my membership number but somebody elses. FNB refuse point blank to reverse the money as the say they act as a 3rd party. I have no overdraft facility so how can they allow for this transaction to go through? Whats more I changed over to principal member effective 1/02/2013 - Mrs Sibiya in the admin department only actioned this on 20 February which resulted in me having my tariff come off twice in March 2013. Shocked and disgusted that this happened - a company of this nature should not be making "mistakes" like this!
