I should say I am very disgusted with a company that I thought was very professional, when I had a baby last year I applied for her to be added as beneficiary on my membership and it did not even take 3 days before everything was sorted and recently I have applied through our company's broker for my girlfriend to be added who is also a member of discovery and its been 2 weeks now and nobody from discovery has contacted me in any way about the progress of my application as I am waiting for a medical certificate as her HR said she should first get it so that they can send to Discovery to close her membership and when I called the Discovery people they seem to be not even aware about the process to add a member to another membership, I mean this should have been easy as its a member who is already a Discovery member unlike adding a new person, it seem like they want to take more money from us by doing a double debit since on my membership and her's, I have lost respect and trust to their service and would not wish for somebody to join them.they are so unprofessional this company.
