First they pay over the wrong amount R101, 100.00 which I did not have...
how can they pay a third party an amount of R101, 100.00 if the transaction done was R2000.00?
how can they pay that amount if it is not available?
how can they not send an SMS of that transaction?
how are they going to fix my embarrassment for my petrol card that was declined due to an error on their side?
then they charge me R90 for their mistake?
I must remember to check if this was send to ITC
They allow paypoint transactions to go through and 5 minutes later the ATM takes my card?
and they tell me it was me that "blocked" my card?
and then I can still do transactions online?
Something is seriously wrong with Nedbank and the way one gets treated...
