In February 2013 I paid off my overdraft on my current account, and cancelled the facility from my account, but on the 06/03/2013 NedLife debited my account with 18.48, I then called the call centre to ask why they are collecting the premium for cancelled overdraft facility, I was then told to write a letter to cancel the policy of which I did. My problem is that till this day NedLife is still debit my account with 18.48, and in one of the months this resulted in penalty because I had no funds in my account, and I was charged 90 for UNPAID ITEM.
What I need now is that Nedlife should stop debiting my account for overdraft that does not exist.
