Money debited again after cancellation

I cancelled my membership in December because I moved over to another medical aid. In January my old premium of R2590 was deducted so I reversed the amount (my certificate stated that membership will be cancelled on the 2012/12/31). I then received an email and sms stating that my membership is suspended due to lack of payment. I queried this on the 8th of Jan and received an email with certificate stating that my membership has been cancelled so I assumed everything was fine now. Then Saturday the 2nd of Feb I again received an sms stating that R2590 was deducted for Discovery Health so once again I had to phone the bank to reverse it. Why is money being deducted from my account if my membership is cancelled? I really don't want to reverse this amount every single month. I was also told by the bank that if I want a stop order put on to stop this, it will cost me R40 which I can't pay plus I have to wait to access my own money every time I reverse this so I'm left with no money for a few days as I'm paying for 2 medical aids. All I want is to make sure that no more money will get taken out of my account since I'm no longer a member or please let me know what I can do to stop this.
