I cancelled my membership more than a year ago (a few days after a consultant called me about this prokard) because what she had told me was not the real situation about these vouchers. my account remained active and only recently have i noticed that i was not refunded. i have given prokard 2 options... either reverse the payment back into my account or allow me to use these vouchers with an extended membership as it will soon expire and its not my fault as i didnt want these vouchers in the first place. this money was wrongfully removed from account and in my opinion... regarded as /!!! also keep in mind that this is the 3rd year running that i did initially cancelled my membership. i only took this membership for one year where i realised all the flaws/catches in the system and refused to extend this membership but the consultants keep informing me that things have changed and rules have changed.
