Vouchers not valid?

I have had my prokard membership for - 11 years now. I have accumulated physical vouchers that I was told that would remain valid. The voucher at the back has no expiry date and clearly states valid as long as membership continues. Its been 2 years now that all vouchers are electronic. My husband called prokard to make a reservation and he was told that the vouchers are not valid. The supervisor laughed of the incident, and said we should mail them our vouchers. That's an absolute rip off. They have no legal standing. As the voucher clearly has no expiry date. Prokard if they do not want me to use the vouchers then they should compensate me in rand value. This is very sad has been along membership, that we have enjoyed for many years.
