My annual GOLD MEMBER subscription fees was diligently paid for a few years, as a sales consultant always called to remind me. I never really had time to use the "free vouchers" which a consultant said I could accumulate them.
I planned some time off from work last year and called Prokard to assist with my "free vouchers".
Imagine my surprise when I was told that it all "expired"??
apparently a consultant of theirs downgraded my membership to Silver and "forgot" to remind me to upgrade
back to the GOLD Membership.
Their service is appalling and lack of apathy for the little guys (customers) is disgusting.
I work in the service industry and will be spreading the word!!
