I've joined momentum since May 2011 without breaking, but when I claimed 2 case for my wife's maternity things at last Dec, the answer were that my membership was terminated. First they told me my membership was started Jan 2011 to Aug 2012 so at the time of last Dec my membership was terminated.
I sent all documents concerning my membership, and they sent ridiculous document that reads my mebership started from May 2011 to Aug 2012! They even reduced the period of membership for 4 months with the counterfeit contract.
An agency who works at the international office of the Stellenbosch University knows all about my case, and she phoned me a head officer, they both agreed that was their problem and things must be corrected. But nothing changed after 3 weeks.
I really upset with this preposterous situation.
What must be corrected is my membership period which starts May 2011 to Dec 2013.
I have all documents they provided as a proof of m membership. They must stop sending me counterfeit contract.
