FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP

On the 10th Dec 2013, my application was underwritten. The following day I received an automated letter saying that my "application has been accepted..." and membership inception was the 1st January 2014. On the 27th of December I called into the call centre querying if my membership would be active as of the 1st January 2014 and I was advised that I had not filled in any acceptance form (which I was not advised about)? I then forwarded acceptance forms, which I filled in, and handed in via email (on the same day). today I call in the call centre and was advised by a consultant that my membership is pending? I have a membership number, however, not active membership? I was given a run around story by your consultant ref number 191449, about my application being approved by the 6th January 2014 (why the acceptance letter dated on the 11th December?). I cannot get a clear response from any of your consultants. I will be awaiting for a response on the 6th of January 2014. Shall I not receive one I will be cancelling due to poor customer service, and lack of knowledge from your consultants. Quick to sign us up, but no so quick to provide a service. Very Unprofessional
