Optician contacted Momentum two weeks ago, was told by Momentum that I had resigned my membership (I hadn't), I called Momentum to be informed that there was a backlog in reconciling payments and that they would update their system. Having re-booked opticians appointment I turned up two weeks later only to be told that I had resigned my membership. Called again to try and sort it out, Momentum cut me off.
Furthermore, My dentist sent a quote on the 13th September and they haven't heard back from Momentum a to whether I'm covered.
Momentum, how much money do I have to spend on calls trying to sort your mess out? When will you recognise that I payed my membership? Isn't it a good job I'm not unconscious somewhere with momentum telling the hospital I'm not covered?? (that last point is quite scary).
The entire situation has been comprehensively mismanaged and characterized by a string of blunders.
