I have been wrongfully treated by Momentum Health after there were insufficient funds in my medical account. Momentum Health and I had agreed on payment agreement for the outstanding money due from me by January 2013. Very strange; Momentum decided to cancel my Medical aid membership before the agreed payment date. When I contacted Momentum Health for breach of payment agreement - they said to me it was due to their financial year that required accounts reconciliation unfortunately before our agreed payment date. As far as I understand this constituted misrepresentation on the bases that Momentum Health could not wait for our agreed payment arrangement for month end, January 2013.
