ON THE 14TH FEB 2013, I WAITED FOR 30 MINS FOR A SEAT IN RESTURANT AS THEY DID NOT TAKE BOOKING WHICH WAS FINE, HOWEVER I NOTICED THE UPPER FLOOR OF THE PLACE WAS CLOSED. I ASKED THE MANAGER N WAS INFORMED THAT ITS CLOSED. AS COMMON SENSE WOULD INDICATE THAT IF IT WAS OPENED THERE WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN A WAITING LIST. I SUPPOSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO EMPLOY MORE RESOURCES!!!..NEVERTHELESS I WAS SEATED AND ORDER DRINKS @ 20:30 WHICH ARRIVED IN 10 MINS. I PLACED MY ORDER WITH JAMES AT 20:45. I WAS GETTING IMPATIENT WHEN NODBODY CAME TO ME AND TOLD ME WHATS THE DELAY WHEN IT WAS GOING ONTO 30 MINS. I CALLED FOR THE WAITER WHO WAS UP AND ABOUT BECOS OF THEIR SHORT STAFF HE WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE. HE ADVISED ME THAT THEY ARE BUSY THE REASON FOR DELAY. I AM A CUSTOMER THAT IS NOT NOT MY PROBLEM IF THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH RESOURCES. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND MR MARIAS, THE TIME NOW 20:20. HE SAID THAT THE WAITER 4GOT TO PUT IN MY ORDER N I MUST UNDERSTAND COS THEY ARE VERY BUSY. MY VALENTINE N I WAS UPSET AND A PERFECT DAY WAS SPOILT BY A PATHETIC PLACE WHO SAVES COST WITH FEW RESOURCES AND THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES APPALING PATHETIC SERVICE. I WOULD HAVE LEFT BUT WE HAD NO CHOICE COS ALL EATING
