I paid cash for a emergency visit to a non member Dr on 14/02/2013, That same morning (before 09H00) I have send you all the required documentation for my refund. I had to call three times to get this done since some of the advisors I spoke to was completely incompetent, one lady placed me on hold for 7 minutes, I had to put the phone down and call again. This time Shamina helped me and promised that she will everything in place so that my money can be paid out, when I called back some else said that it takes up to 10 days, today I called again to check on the progress and a lady told me that your turn around time is 48 hours to pay a claim, when they transferred me to claims they told me that it will only be paid in after Friday once again this woman put me on hold for 11 minutes, check your recordings please. Except that you are 20% of my money for a cold fee or what you wanna call it I need my money in my bank account by tomorrow the latest or else I will move my business.
