Money not intitled to momentum

We have seen recently that we have been paying penalties every month since we joined (1st March 2011) due to no proof of previous medical aid membership being provided. We disputed this penalty and provided PREVIOUS MEMEBERSHIP proof as requested. We have been informed that we will only be reimbursed for the months since proof of previous membership has been provided.

Momentum is not entitled to these penalties since we joined as I have been a medical aid member preceding my membership with Momentum. My understanding is that these penalties are applicable to people whom have not had medical membership previously.

Dealing through the call centre and e-mails has not resolved this matter to our satisfaction.

My expectations are that all penalties be reimbursed, failing which I will proceed with further action.

MOMENTUM IS NOT ENTITLED TO THESE DEDUCTIONS!!
