Very disappointed with your services. I'm trying to get my gym membership sorted you could swear I owe someone or something like that. 5 people later they tell me my husband must call in. Why couldn't the 1st person I spoke tell me this.
My last disappointment was the guy I spoke to at 14h25 who kept me on hold until 14h38, all because I wanted to complain. As if I don't know how it works in a call center environment.
I'm very disappointed that it takes 3 full days to sort out my gym membership. Your call center guys are incompetent and have no idea what time costs. I wasted my money, day and time on nonsense. and still I cant get my gym membership. Like seriously!!!
I'm fuming with anger right now!!!
