Home oxygen supply

Home oxygen was delivered to my mom with authorisation pending. we were not informed. since then struggled to get any kind of response or feedback from several persons in the call centre, in the billings department, in the credit control department, from the nurses.
authorisation was eventually granted by the fund only after few months after i enquired and was advised to resend all documents as there were no documents. am still waiting for uplifting of oxygen refill tank as well resolution to my enquiry about the account, which medical fund will not settle as no authorisation was loaded. i have traced the events from the sms that the nurse received for delivery of the oxygen tank, i
have spent lots of time on the telephone with several people (even senior personnell) and have left several messages. i was advised by the call centre agent of the company that the company was doing the authorisation and at the time of delivery, was also advised this by the nurse. I SINCERELY HOPE THAT SOME ONE FROM THE COMPANY WILL READ THIS AND PLEASE RESPOND TO MY QUERY. THANK YOU
