Dying of pains waiting for AUTHORISATION

Clearly im not the 1st priority as the client no sense of urgency at all, been waiting for authorisation number since Friday my Gp referred me to a specialist who then advised that I need to operated, well authorisation centre called arround 10am and was advised that my authorisation is pending because they need a motivation letter.that was faxed together with a referral letter from the gp after that the consultant advised that we should call after 3:30pm and we contacted them after 3:30pm only to be told that they receive all the documents then the agent was informed that today at 8am I'm booked for theatre she then reassured that by Monday all will be good, we must call at 8am.there i was at the specialist room preparing for theatre and we called discovery the agent made me explained my sicknesses again then she said well they still reviewing ur request it might take up to 3day seriously?? I've been in unbearable pains for three weeks now can't even sleep at night. All i need is authority to be operated .why am i given the run arround yet paying every month. Am i suppose to die of pain? As im typing these tears are rolling down my face and there is nothing that the specialist can
