My father became a client of Vitalaire due to bad service at Vitalaire's competitor. But since he joined Vitalaire the service is even worse! They are supposed to deliver a LIFE CRITICAL service called OXYGEN! But a staff member of Vitalaire takes a month to get back to you regarding a question to deliver oxygen at my father's home and never address the issue!
I am a healthy individual and I can't even open the valve of the oxygen tank because it is so tight, let alone my sick father. You nearly have to break your finger off to get it open.
The quality of service is pathetic that Vitalaire render!
I will have to move my father away from Vitalaire and back to the competitor.
