When needing oxygen one's health is generally not good... Vital Aire makes the process in obtaining it very difficult, frustrating & disconcerting. The call center is a joke - passed from one agent to the next & no one actually helping! On escalating problem to a manger - I get a call from a woman with a bad attitude, can't even tell you her name because she didn't introduce herself... Sad sad sad! Don't keep what else to say... Hopefully the oxygen gets delivered before...
