I called the Bestmed call centre to enquire about a claim that I had made and a very friendly Michelle Malope answered the phone. She was very friendly and patient with me. We went from discussing my claim to us discussing my option and my benefits. We were on the phone for about 20minutes and not once was she rude or impatient with me. I was very impressed with her service and from now on I will insist to speak to her every time I call the client services.
