I am so upset today, my medical aid authorized the oxygen from the 27Feb to the 31May2013.on the 27th feb when the oxygen was delivered they needed to my baby of which they could not do due the not having the supported equipment. i was then told a sister will come my baby in 2 weeks to make sure we are giving the oxygen in the correct manner of which NO ONE ever came.. on the 27May i contacted Vatilaire and requested a refill on the portable cylinder. the next day some one showed up without a refilled bottle an told me i need to pay an amount to refill and they need to the baby. then the man told me he will come back tomorrow with the refilled and a invoice of which never happened i then phoned vitalaire on the 30th and asked them when the auth expresses an got told its the 31may i then told them to leave the refill and just collect all the stuff i will not be liable to pay for another month and guess what NO ONE came NO phone call NOTHING i then phoned AGAIN on the 7june and told to come collect AGAIN!! and NO ONE CAME!! i then get a account in the POST and im sorry but i have a VERY SICK BABY of which i have NOO time to run after a company. WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL!
