Ysterday i had an appointment with Dr Bouwer at 11:15. This doctor was extremely rude. I paid R320 to be in and out his office within 3 mins. He never made me feel comfortable or relaxed. He addressed me twice and cut me off both times. Wile he was listening to my chect, i began struggling to breath and awaited for him to assist me but went to his desk and wrote his notes, i signalled to my fiance thast i was struggling and he was able to hit me on my bac, while that was happening he told the doctor i couldntbreath, his response was" dont worry ill sort her out soon" STILL SITTING AT HIS DESK. he toke me to casualty where the nurse kept forgetting my oxygen mask behind, had to read the manaul for the nebuliser and als forgot the oxygen tank. She also dropped products from the cabinet on my head. once my meds were done, i asked the nurse to call the dr as i had not seen him over an hpur and the nurseS made terrible excuses for him. he finally came to give me my prescription and asked me very loudly infront of other people if i get a itchy from medicine. 3 hours later i still didnt know what is the problem and have no idea what he prescribed me but was sent home
