I have been waiting since July 1st for my June-13 healthyfood cash back to be paid out to me!! First my query was escalated but I received no feedback on this query (ref :2927626055). I followed up again and was advised on 12 July 2013 to e-mail my Woolworths till slips (ref:2927276924 & ref 293279478) so that the cashback can be "manually" calculated and be paid out to me. To date, and after numerous phone calls and promises that my query would be resolved by 23 July 2013 at close of business (ref: 2937756510) i am still awaiting for Discovery Vitality to have the decency to phone me and tell me that my query has been resolved. I would rather cancel my vitality subscription and save the R155 i have to pay every month for bad service and not getting what is due to me...
