Discovery Vitality has a major problem with Woolworths Cashbacks & money due to us in cashbacks.
My partner & I (seperate memberships) have both experienced same non-payment of Woolworths cash backs due to us.
I am still waiting for a July purchase (4 months!!) to be paid to me & nothing happens query after query after query. Luckily I have kept all my till slips to prove my purchases which they subsequently also asked for despite this programme which is supposed to be seamless & electronic with correct information transferred between Vitality & Partner stores. Pick 'n Pay on other hand works perfectly. Woolworths has been a partner for almost 1 year now (since Jan 2013) & they still have not sorted out these problems rather cash back's due to customers who trust process as being seamless & reliable or who don't have time to check & keep till slips & query.
My partner eventually received all his dues in Sep (4 month wait & queries). BUT has again received NO Woolworths cash backs for October purchases - so back to same same & we start again!!!
PEOPLE-BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS FROM DISCOVERY. KEEP SLIPS & CHECK PURCHASE DATES ON WEBSITE UNDER VITALITY.
