My wife went to dentist to clean teeth and was charged R1 100 by Dentist. When I complained to Discovery that she was charged procedures which were not done, I was told to take it up with Dentist as for them they just pay for what Claim comes through. I failed to get my money from Dentist. After my MSA was finished I went for GP Consultation hoping that Insured Network Benefit would be used for my payments. I was told that Insured Network Benefit could not be used as I was having a balance of R2.33 in my MSA. They say it must be fully exhausted before I can use Insured Network Benefit. Now I'm stuck because of R2.33. I'm paying monthly fees of R3 672 which next year is gonna be R4 001. I'm going to cancel discovery membership as I cannot pay that a lot of money and not be covered. I don't care that I'm on Vitality Diamond status, my family health safety comes first.
