Won't refund me for dentist bill

I made an appointment at a dentist that was on the list of network providers covered by CAMAf, however after the dentist has already started working on my tooth the receptionist came to tell me that they do not have a contract with CAMAF. I did not know tat because I believed the list on their website of dentist they cover. So I sent my claim in to be refunded for the bill I had to pay, but my claim got rejected because they day they do not cover this dentist. They need to fix the lists of network providers because it is their fault that I went to that specific dentist. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, why else do I have an medical aid??
