I had a long enquiry about my medical Aid benefit, i was given incorrect information telephonically. I was fobbed off on the online enquiry and then i received a cancellation email. The person who got my enquiry just decided to cancel my benefit. I called in and spoke with Riana, (spelling may be incorrect) she started right from the start at my first email to them, she then went through ALL of my benefits with me and then also fixed the cancellation - directing the previous agent to undo any cancellations as this was not requested by myself.
She was very calm. She was human with me and built great rapport, she helped me to the extent that i have no further questions and will remain with Liberty, in fact im very impressed with my benefit now.
