I went to the dentist & I had to pay for a claim with my own money, and Discovery was to refund me. I submitted this claim at the end of Jan, & still no progress. They say thay the lab claim should contain dates, but the lab says that they can't put individual dates on the work done (they did however put a general date). We've told Discovery several times that the lab's system won't allow to input the individual dates. My problem is that obviously I'm not the first person to submit such a claim, so I don't get why I'm having such a problem. I paid R2200 to the dentist who subsequently paid the lab. I have a receipt from the dentist and from the lab. But still no progress or money back in my account. This is totally unacceptable. My dentist said that discovery can even call them because they've never had this problem before.
