I had no msa left as at end July, discovery was paying my dr's from insured network benefit. On 17.07, we paid our dr and later mailed discovery claim from dr. Discovery says they cannot open it, I resend as pdf, discovery cant open it. Since beginning August I got more money in my msa due to birth of my son. Have mail and spoke to Anelle Kamfer, she said hold off on resubmitting claim or they will pay out my msa first. I have not resubmitted anything!!! Now suddenly I have been paid the money back from my msa. Spoke to Janice Dorasamy (service specialist), discovery cannot fix your mess up!!! Apparently discovery phoned my dr and got bill from them!!! Same bill I sent you but you could not open, but when I have msa suddenly you can open!! Nobody gave you permission, I paid the amount, I will submit the claim!!! Bottom line is you have that money from my msa when it should have come from insured network benefit. The service was provided BEFORE I had anymore msa. So all you are doing is me of my msa. Also, I just spent over 40 minutes explaining all of this. There is no process followed at discovery!!! I want this FIXED NOW!!!
