I called Discovery to find out which dentist I could take my son to on his plan. The consultant assured me that he could go to any dentist in our area, the only problem might be that I would have to pay in if the dentists charges where higher. So I took my son to our dentist and Discovery rejected the claim. I contacted Discovery to sort it. I was assured that they would contact me the same day to resolve the matter. Its been two days and i've heard nothing.
