Still debiting the wrong account

Its been months now I am struggling with you people and your accounting system. I have been trying to update my banking details from my ABSA account to FNB. The last call (2 months ago) I was instructed that it will now debit my FNB account and there was some glitch on the system causing it to revert back to my old account. Well guess what its still not fixed and now my medical aid has been suspended. Kindly fix your & activate both my vitality / medical.
