Really poor service and poor calls

The vitality mobile service is shocking, you cannot have a decent call. I had to complete an investigation form for poor cellc reception, this was done 11 days ago, to date I had no response. I suggest stick to the other service providers, staff are better trained and professional as well. Vitality mobile you service is bad really bad, and your partner cell c even worst, you could have done better, not sure what process was in place when you choice cell c
