I require my account with Vitality Mobile and CellC to be canceled immediately. I have called the Vitality Mobile call center 3 times and received conflicting information about the cancelation of my service with the company. I first called Vitality Mobile who referred me to Cell C, who have advised that I must cancel with Vitality Mobile first. The next call to Vitality Mobile advised that I must email a cancelation request.
Cell C cellphone coverage has been poor at best and I have had the contract and phone for less than 1 week, which is the stipulated period to cancel. After notifying Vitality Mobile after 6 days that I wanted to cancel, there has been continued difficulty in doing so.
