BAD AND INCORRECT ADVERTISING

Please explain, how do you advertise that Vitality mobile will be up and running as of the 1st April 2013 and then when we go to a Cell C store, no one at Cell C has ever heard of Vitality Mobile?

And then when we call the Discovery Call centre, we are told to wait...

You did the same with the Woolies benefit.

At least train staff at stores to give customers the correct info. It's terrible when you ask a sales consultant and they know nothing of it!

So who's to blame? Cell C or Discovery?
