I am a psychologist who is an associate of Careways. I saw some clients on their behalf. I sent through my accounts timeously and heard nothing from them. When I phoned to find out what had happened I was told that there was some technological glitch and I would need to re-submit. Again I heard nothing for close on 2 months. When I contacted them again I was told my claims were now deemed to be stale and would not be paid out. The accounts were late through no fault of my own. Poor communication, poor service, basically I feel ripped off. I will no longer do work for this company.
