I sign up for vitality mobile for an extra R29 per month on 24 July. I get my invoice today and im being charged R80.61 extra on my account! and all the lady in accounts can tell me is that its right!
The two amounts I am arguing are:
Vitality Mobile service fee (24 Jul 13 to 31 Jul) - R25.44 ex vat - why am i billed the fill amount, why is it not pro rated?
Vitality Mobile Straight up 200 (24 Jul 13 to 31 Jul) - R45.27 ex vat - what is this for?
and all the lady in accounts will say is its right, cant explain how they get to that or why its not pro rated?
