I have a Discovery Vitality Membership, but recent cancelled my medical aid and requested Vitality through Discovery Life to link my Vitality benefit to my Discovery Life Cover in order for me and my family to use the gym network of Virgin Active. After numerous calls by myself, wife and Virgin Active since 10th January 2014, Discovery Vitality failed to resolve this.
