Vitality Mobile / Cell C - Shocking Service

About 3 weeks ago, ithough that i would be pro-active and call Vitality Mobile / Cell-C and arrange for my cellphone number to be ported from Altech-Autopage to Vitality Mobile, as my contract is terminating on the 19th August 2013.

I made the call to Vitality mobile 3 weeks ago and placed my order for a new phone, and new Cell-C contract, via a port, and was advised that there would be no problem, and that i will have a new phone delivered within 7 days. 2 hours after this call, i got a sms from Altech to say the port request was approved and i must pay R 444.

After 10 days, i still had not heard from Vitality Mobile, let alone had my new phone delivered. Over teh last week, i have called the call centre 4 times, and was told that Vitality Mobile was still working on the port and that the agent dealing with it would call me back as a priority.

Still no call, and so this AM, i called again and was told that there was a problem with my port request and i must start the process again.

Please will somebody come back to me and ENSURE that my phone is delivered and i have a new SIM on teh Cell-C network by latest 19th Aug 2013. I use this phone for work purposes.
