Cell C/Vitality mobile terrible service

Hi,

I have been trying to sign up for two Vitality Mobile deals with Cell C/Vitality from the 14th June 2013 and the service from the call centre consultants has been terrible. I've been told numerous times that they will follow up with whatever department they are waiting for and let me know but they never do. I've had to contact them over and over to find out on the progress of my applications! I'm wanting and willing to change from MTN to Cell C but their service thus far has been very disappointing and I am considering giving up the whole process because of it.

It is only possible to apply for Vitality mobile over the phone and you would think that the service would be quick and efficient and be able to get your phones soon but not with Vitality mobile! I'd much rather walk into another operator's store and sign up for a contract there than going through this trouble again.

I initially wanted about four contracts from Vitality mobile but at this rate I don't think I'll even be getting one and will probably not consider Cell C again or recommend it to anyone.
