Vitality Mobile no reception since November 2013

Myself, my husband and our two sons all made the HUGE mistake to move from Vodacom to Vitality Mobile. This has proven to be the worste decision of our lives and are now in the process of considering legal action. Out of our three properties that we live between, there are ZERO reception at two of them even thought we had 100% reception when we were on Vodacom and our friends with MTN has full signal and 3G at these premises!! We were told by a technician from CelC to switch our roaming onto Vodacom and that should resolve the issue - it did not. We have e-mailed "network sheets" three times! This dit not help at all and we have sent and communicated with CelC and Vitality Mobile with more than 20 e-mails offering co-ordinates etc etc. We changed in November and I have not have reception @ two of our properties. We have our own business and run it from one of our properties which doent have any reception. This has now forced us to travel into Centurion (about 180km away, to do our business) We have lost income due to no reception and even the Managing Director has not bothered to reply to our e-mails! SHOCKING SHOCKING! DO NOT EVER CONSIDER CellC!! or Vitality Mobile
