A member of Momentum health was treated by myself, an Occupational Therapist, in Claremont Hospital, following a Head Injury, in August 2013. Upon updating my banking details via registered mail on the 4 October 2013 and confirming these details via the call center on the 21/10/2013, 7/11/2013, and 20/11/2013, I am still advised my banking details are not updated according to their system. After further investigation, the issue is that note taking is not clear and consistent. So, 3 months after treating the member, I have still not received payment. I have been advised yet again that I should receive payment tomorrow?
