Poor Communication from Momentum

On 16/12/2013, I submitted a claim to Momentum Health for a test done at Dischem. I had not included the proof of payment with the claim, and as such, received an email indicating that the supplier would be reimbursed and not the member. As such, on 20/12/2013, I emailed Momentum Health with the proof of payment and indicated that the member should be reimbursed and not the supplier. Payment was only due to go through on 27/12/2013 giving Momentum plenty of time to resolve this. However, due to poor communication on Momentum's side, the payment was still made to the supplier and I was informed today (17/01/2014) that Momentum would not be able to reverse the payment to Dischem and it would be up to me to see if I could get the money back from Dischem. This is completely unsatisfactory, with Dischem currently having been paid twice for the same service. This needs to be resolved from Momentum's side and not left up to me to sort out!!
