I was admitted in hospital from 22-27 January 2013 and according to Momentum Health they pay everything if I'm admitted in hospital. But I received calls and sms from Lancet laboratories that their account was not paid. When I enquire with my medical scheme Momentum Health first I was told that Lancet was not suppose to change them that amount and they gave me a reference number to give to Lancet and tell them to call Momentum Health. I did call Lancet and gave them the reference number from Momentum Health but the issue was not solved. Now Lancet wants me to pay them the amount of R1184.90 that Momentum Health is refusing to pay, but according to the agreement I have with Momentum Health they should pay every activity that took place in hospital. And this is not the first account Momentum Health refused to pay. They reject accounts without giving the reasons to the service provider, and now they tell me to negoniate their accounts with the service provider. I took medical aid because I can not afford to pay cash for medical bills at anytime but now Momentum Health is not keeping their promise to me as a cunsumer.
