Today I'm a very upset Momentum health Member, after 2 months and I still have no response or refund. I keep getting REFERENCE numbers and it does not help! I phoned Momentum and sent emails doing my part!!! Please note that I have sent my complaint to MOMENTUM HEALTH also!! Let see I they treat their members with urgency because after the past 2 months I was just a number on their books! Very bad communication and poor service! When will I get my money!??? And the question is do I want to be part of momentum health anymore?
